Coverage

What does your plan cover? We tell you before, not after.

We work with Medicare and with plans operating in Florida. Coverage depends on your plan and on clinical criteria — so before the first visit, we verify it and explain, in your language, what applies in your case and what doesn't. You decide with the full picture.

And if something isn't covered, we say so right there, with whatever options exist.

What happens when you call · The four steps

  1. 1

    Call or write

A person answers, in English or Spanish.

  2. 2

    We talk

Ten minutes about your situation, your plan, your questions.

  3. 3

    We verify coverage

We explain what applies — no spoken fine print.

  4. 4

    First visit, by appointment

We arrive, introduce ourselves, and start by listening.

Frequently asked

What is an autonomous nurse practitioner?

In Florida, an autonomous nurse practitioner (APRN registered for autonomous practice) can diagnose, treat and prescribe in primary care, within the framework of Fla. Stat. 464.0123. We explain this to you in writing at your first visit.

Is care really at my home?

Yes. Primary care visits are at home, by appointment, across Miami-Dade. No waiting room and no transport: the provider comes to your door.

What is the difference between medicine and home health?

They are two separate services. Primary care is your everyday medicine. Home health is skilled nursing and therapy for a defined period, when there is a clinical order. If you ever need it and meet the criteria, you choose the agency — ours included.

Do you work with my insurance?

We work with Medicare and with plans operating in Florida. Coverage depends on your plan and on clinical criteria; that is why we verify it and explain it to you before the first visit.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes. A person answers you, in English or Spanish, from the first call.
